Accessibility
Listen Out is a party for all and we are constantly working on ways to improve the festival experience for all. Here are some things that might be useful for you to know before you arrive.
ENTRY – An accessibility only entry will be located at Gate C off Beasley Avenue.
EVENT ACCESS – There is an accessible viewing platform at ATARI and 909 stages. Foot paths allow accessible patrons access around the entire event.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS – There are accessible toilets on site at the toilets in the Western as well as at each viewing platform, Medical and VIP.
PARKING – Limited mobility parking is available for patrons who hold a mobility permit on Beasley Avenue. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please present your mobility permit to traffic control staff for access – no permit, no entry.
CARERS
We understand that equal access can sometimes mean being accompanied by a carer, and we offer complimentary carer/companion tickets on an individual needs basis. If you’d like to chat to us about this, just send an email to [email protected] so we can begin the conversation.
ASSISTANCE ANIMALS
We understand that equal access can sometimes mean being accompanied by an Assistance Animal. To help us support you and your Assistance Animal on site, please email [email protected]
INSIDE THE FESTIVAL
Accessible toilets can be found within the festival grounds at each toilet area and will be marked clearly on the patron map. There is also an accessible toilet in the VIP bar. These toilets will be managed by our friendly team who will be able to open them for you on request.
VIEWING PLATFORMS
There will be viewing platforms at the Outdoor stages. The viewing platforms are solely for the use of our accessibility patrons plus one other. Chairs are not provided on the platforms. Please note customers using large scooters will be asked to park these at the bottom of the Viewing Platform ramps when possible to ensure we can accommodate as many access customers on the platforms as we can.
