IS LISTEN IN ACCESSIBLE FOR EVERYONE?
Yes it is. Listen In accommodates for people with accessibility requirements, is wheelchair accessible and supports the companion program.
Please get in touch directly with Fuzzy Ticketing Team for specific event information in regards to access for patrons who have accessibility requirements, mobility restrictions and to discuss companion arrangements.
HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets are on sale on Thursday 18th May! You can buy them here.
Once an event is sold out, there will be no more tickets available.
Our only official ticketing outlet is Moshtix and tickets will only be available for purchase online
We (and we can’t stress this enough) DON’T recommend purchasing tickets from any unofficial channels such as Tixel, Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree or unknown Facebook accounts as we cannot guarantee the legitimacy of these tickets.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET? IS THERE A CUT-OFF DATE?
Yes. The cut off times will be posted here closer to the events. All name changes must be done by the original ticket buyer via Moshtix. Details on how to name change can be found HERE
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?
There is a limit of ten (10) tickets per person.
DO I NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO PURCHASE TICKETS?
For most events yes. We primarily use mobile or PDF print-at-home tickets that are sent to your email address. All tickets will be sold online via Moshtix. There are no hardcopy tickets for sale.
WHERE CAN I BUY LISTEN IN TICKETS?
The Moshtix website is the only official place to buy Listen In 2023 tickets.
PLEASE NOTE: Your tickets can be printed or scanned on your phone (please make sure your ticket has been downloaded before you arrive at the festival).
Do not buy tickets from 3rd party resellers like Tixel, ViaGoGo, Ebay or Gumtree as we can not verify the legitimacy of these tickets. don’t risk getting scammed.
BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY TICKETS VIA EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Log in to your Moshtix account used for the purchase and select ‘Show My Ticket’ for the relevant event. You then have the option to view the ticket in your browser, download or resend them to an email. Please also check your junk mail, your booking confirmation might be sitting there.

CAN I SELL MY LISTEN IN TICKETS ON TIXEL, EBAY, GUMTREE OR FACEBOOK?
No, absolutely not.
Listen In tickets may not be resold as a commercial transaction under any circumstance. Fuzzy Events reserves the right to void any tickets without compensation if the original purchaser has sold them. The new ticket holder may be refused entry or be evicted from the venue. This measure, although extreme, is to combat scalpers.
Also you can be scammed selling tickets as well as buying them from unofficial sites don’t risk it! it’s not worth it.
CAN I REFUND MY TICKET?
As per our T&C’s tickets to Listen Out/In are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled a refund will be processed. Don’t worry, you will be contacted with instructions on what to do if this happens. Read more on our Terms & Conditions.
WHEN DOES LISTEN IN START AND FINISH?
Gates open at 2pm with the first acts taking to the stage around 2:30pm and the last act finishing around 10:00pm at all Listen Out shows.
WILL THERE BE FIRST AID?
First Aid tents will be in operation from Listen In’s start to finish and is the place to go if you or one of your friends aren’t feeling well. Not sure what’s wrong? Or think maybe you just need a rest? Better to be on the safe side and talk to our First Aid operators – they’ll be able to help or send you along to someone else who can.
CAN I LEAVE LISTEN IN AND COME BACK IN?
No, you cannot leave and come back in. There are NO PASSOUTS for any Listen In events, so make sure you bring in everything you’ll need for the day. This includes any medication, along with your prescription for the medication.
MY TICKET NEVER ARRIVED SO I COULDN’T GO TO THE EVENT. CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. It’s your responsibility to resolve any ticket fulfilment issues with us prior to the event. Most of the time tickets that have not been received are related to spam filters and are out of our control, which we do not refund as per our T&C’s. If you choose not to contact us before an event to have your tickets resent and call us after the event for a refund, no refund will be provided.
If you still haven’t received your ticket prior to the event and have proof of purchase from Moshtix you will be able to receive support from the box office on the day.
IT’S THE DAY OF THE EVENT AND I CAN’T FIND MY TICKETS
Proceed to the event and find Ticket Enquiries. They should be able to identify you and provide you with tickets, but no promises. Please print and bring with you any correspondence that you may have regarding your purchase. Make sure to bring your ID (i.e. driver’s license, passport, proof of age card).
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited. Security will be checking all bags and containers at the entrance and any alcohol found will be confiscated.
DRUGS AT LISTEN IN
Listen In does not condone any behaviour that may knowingly cause harm to an individual and encourages all patrons to take personal responsibility for their actions.
There are risks associated with drugs including adverse health reactions and criminal charges. Be mindful that Police sniffer dogs regularly attend Listen In.
If you’re feeling unwell or you notice someone else who might need assistance, please reach out to the closest Listen In Event, Security or Medical team member immediately. CAN I BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH ME?
We are more than happy for you to bring an empty plastic water bottle to Listen In, metal water bottles will not be permitted.
We offer free water stations across the festival site for you to fill up your bottles throughout the day. Please note soft drinks, juice, milk, energy drinks, flavoured water and sports water are not permitted to be brought into the festival.
CAN I BRING MY FOOD WITH ME?
No. As per our terms of entry no external food can be brought into the venue, we will have a wide variety of food vendors to cater for all dietary requirements on the day.
Please do not bring eskies, picnic blankets or baskets, folding chairs, glass containers, knives and any other bulky or sharp items. Security guards will be checking bags at the gate and will confiscate prohibited items.
I NEED TO BRING MY MEDICATION WITH ME, HOW DO I DO THIS?
If you need to bring in prescription or over-the-counter medication, you will need to make sure it is clearly labelled with the prescription in your name and in it’s original packaging.
Please be aware security may ask Listen In’s medical team to check your medication upon arrival.

CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO LISTEN IN?
First and foremost, please respect the privacy of all other patrons, artists and service providers at Listen In when using your camera or mobile phone to take photos.
Professional still cameras (such as an SLR), professional video cameras (including go-pros), sound recording equipment and professional lighting and tripod set ups are not permitted at Listen In without written authority from the Promoters
> Any patron with equipment of this description won’t be allowed to bring it in
> It will be up to the patron to find somewhere to store it until the end of the event or choose to not enter the event
Small still cameras (including those with a recording function) and mobile phones are permitted for your own personal use, however:
> Any photos or footage taken cannot be sold or published without written authority from the Promoters
> Any photos or footage taken is to be used for your personal use only – sharing it with friends via uploading it to your personal Facebook and Instagram account is fine
> Before you upload something to Facebook or Instagram, have a think about whether you’d be happy with someone else uploading that exact photo or footage of you. It might seem funny at the time, but possibly not the following day
CAN I BUY ALCOHOLIC DRINKS AT LISTEN IN?
Listen In is a strictly 18+ licensed event. We’ll have a range of beverages for you to choose from including all your favourite beers, ciders and spirits.
There will also be a range of non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, juice and flavoured milk available for purchase from outlets around the event.
Listen In loves to keep New Zealand beautiful and will be running a recycling program at our bars.
CAN I BUY FOOD AT LISTEN IN?
Listen In will have a diverse selection of catering options for sale for the duration of the event.
You will find something to cater to all tastes from sweet to savoury, from local providers to festival favourites (yes, that includes gozleme), a delicious selection of international flavours and a number of vegetarian and vegan options too!
IS CASH ACCEPTED ON SITE?
EFTPOS and Credit Cards are the only way to purchase Food, Drinks and Merchandise. There are no ATMs on site.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
Listen In will go ahead rain or shine.
If it looks like it’s going to rain, by all means bring a poncho or rain coat and your gumboots, but please leave your umbrella (all kinds) at home.
CAN I WORK AT LISTEN IN?
We’re always happy to hear from people wanting to be involved with Listen In! We’re looking for people to join us across a range of roles to get some great festival experience and be a part of the Listen In team. You can find out more and register your interest here.

WHAT IF I LOSE A PERSONAL ITEM AT LISTEN IN?
Items collected at the end of the night will be retained at the event site by Listen In for one (1) day post event then all valuables will be handed over to either the local Police or venue management depending on the show.
Any non-valuable items (such as clothing) not collected by this time will be donated to a local charity organisation.

CAN I POST A PHOTO OF MY TICKET ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
As excited as you might be, Listen In advises NOT to post a photo of your ticket with the barcode visible on any social media sites. Sneaky people can use this to make fake tickets and it could stop you entering the event 😳
I AM BUYING A TICKET FROM AN UNAUTHORISED OUTLET, CAN YOU VALIDATE IT FOR ME?
We will not tell you if a ticket is valid. Tickets to most of our events can be cancelled at any time up to and including the day/night of the event for a variety of reasons. Therefore we can never guarantee the validity of a ticket unless bought from an authorised outlet. In addition we do not support re-selling of our tickets. Many people have bought tickets from scalpers only to find when they arrived at the event, the tickets were fake, invalid or cancelled by the original purchaser. We strongly suggest you don’t risk it and only buy your tickets from authorised outlets (i.e Moshtix, Fuzzy or this website).
DO YOU HAVE PAYMENT PLANS?
No, we don’t currently offer payment plans.
ARE YOU GUYS SINGLE-USE PLASTIC FREE?
Yes we are! Single-use plastic straws and single-use plastic takeaway containers at Listen In are banned.
WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY?
Our vaccination policy follows the state or Federal regulations at the time of the event – please review and follow the Government guidelines.
WHERE CAN I SEE PHOTOS FROM YOUR EVENTS?
The best photos that our photographers take at our events can be seen on this website in the Gallery section or on the event’s Facebook page. If they are not on our website or Facebook page they may have been taken by an external media photographer e.g The Music, Purple Sneakers, Happy Media, etc.
